Renault has officially unveiled the 2018 Dacia Duster ahead of the global unveiling of the car at the Frankfurt Motor Show on the 12th of September, 2017. The new Duster is built on the modular CMF platform from Renault and the dimensions of the 2018 Duster will remain the same as the current model. The new Duster has a slightly new design language which is more prominent in the front and the back.
The new Renault Duster is expected to be launched in the second half of 2018 in the Indian market.
The new 2018 Renault Duster will be available for sale in European markets by the end of 2017 itself. There are new headlamps along with a revamped front bumper and new chrome grille. There are sleek character lines on the side along with new 17-inch alloy wheels and black body cladding in plastic. The rear has been slightly revised with a new design for the tailgate along with a revamped rear bumper and new LED taillights.
The interior and engine details have not been revealed by Renault yet.

The new 2018 Duster is expected to share engines with the current model. There could be a 1.5 litre DCi diesel engine with two different tunings to develop 85/108 BHP and 200/248 Nm of torque and this will be mated to 5 or 6 speed manual transmission units. There will also be the 6-speed Easy-R AMT unit while the petrol version will come with the K4M 1.5 litre engine which will be paired to a 5-speed manual transmission unit.
A CVT automatic unit may also be available for this variant. The global variant will also come with a turbocharged 1.2 litre petrol engine that makes 124 BHP.
